Summary: The staff were very kind! The rooms are comfortable for the most part. We had the lanai room that sat right above a pond with turtles and fish which was nice. Some things to note: the crowd is a bit older at this resort, the resort itself is nice but outdated a bit, One Duval restaurant is onsite and great! The room we had, has skylights and was very bright so if you like to darker the room to sleep in, this is something to consider. The location was fantastic, you are at the northern most part of Duval St. Right across from Two Friends Patio restaurant.

Summary: We stayed at the pier house on the “off” season and just loved it. It was super cute, super clean rooms and grounds. The A/C was cold as was the fridge in our room. if I had to find something to complain about it would have to be the lighting in the bathroom was not the best- hard to do makeup in there- not a deal breaker at all. Loved the resort really close to all the bars and stores on Duval and then also close to the Piers if you plan any excursions.

Summary: Check out did not ask us if we enjoyed our stay. Close to a lot of restaurants and walking distance to many attractions. No wifi in garden building which is fine but check in did not notify us upon arrival. We would have requested another building if they had informed us. We found at when we called front desk. The beach at this hotel is the best part. Clean and plenty of lounge chairs.

Summary: Our stay was great! We encountered some issues but Pier House staff addressed them. Beach is nice. Pool is nice. Location is great. Make sure you understand the type of room you are booking as hotel.com pictures lead you to beleive that rooms are ocean view but are not. Read the listings carefully.

Summary: This is our 3rd time in Key West. There are better options for the $$$. We paid $500 for oceanfront room. Our view was amazing; sunset view was a huge bonus - we loved that part. Also, the hotel location was excellent, pool was nice and private beach area was great, except for the seaweed. Our bed was very comfortable, and the fridge kept things perfectly cool, so we were pleased with that. The room was clean, but some items made it feel old, kind of dumpy and not well maintained. The air conditioning unit was old and looked moldy/dirty (forgot to take that pic). The elevator in our building had very strong mildew/mold smell and very small. It didnt work the last day we were there, but we never used it anyway. The shower had a rainfall shower head, but no handheld attachment for stronger pressure. This is not ideal if you have thick long hair. The frosted bathroom door was dirty, the lamps were rusty/dirty, and the back of toilet was not clean. The sink cabinet looked beat up; if they were going for shabby chic, they missed the mark. TV channels that were not HD had a terrible picture, they do not have streaming service available so that was disappointing. The staff were cordial and provided good service, but no one was overly friendly or welcoming.

Summary: We loved it! Snorkeled at the hotel beach everyday. Ate at the beach restaurant regularly (and drank!!) went to chart room, pool etc. all were fantastic. Ocean front room - very nice and great view.
